How should I use the parking payment app?

If you like the idea of paying for parking on the streets of Portuguese cities through the application, then follow these steps:

1. Download the Via Verde Estacionar app on your phone
2. Create an account with your NIF tax number (or if you already have a contract with Via Verde, you must use the same login and password to enter the application you use in your account, "A Minha Via Verde").

Further, everything will depend on where you park. If you park in an underground parking lot (for example, in a shopping center), you don't need the application (but a Via Verde ID). When driving through the railing, press the button that says "Via Verde"). Can I get a fine when paying for parking using the application?
