Ride through authentic quarters
Our route will allow you to regard the contrasts of Lisbon and cover its main attractions and colorful areas. Baixa, revived after the earthquake of 1755, will surprise you with straight and luxurious streets, atypical for old Lisbon. In the heart of Lisbon - Alfama - we will get lost among the labyrinths of streets, consider all the shades of azulejo tiles, and listen to the sounds of soulful fado and the ringing of the bells of the Se cathedral. Next, we turn into the bohemian Chiado, a favorite place for street musicians and dancers in Lisbon. You will be surrounded by gourmet restaurants, galleries, shops, antique shops, and theaters. And in the lanes of Mouraria, where tourists rarely get, we will observe the daily life of Lisbon residents.
Tips from a local
Along the way, I will share not only the stories of the streets of Lisbon but also tips for conquering the city: where to experience the nightlife of Lisbon, where to go for delicious Portuguese cuisine, where to enjoy live fado, and much more.
Lisbon from the best panoramic platforms
Nestled on seven hills, Lisbon is best viewed from numerous miradors and panoramic platforms that offer magical views of the city. We will climb the brightest of them: from the sites of Santa Luzia and Portas do Sol, you will admire the Tagus River and the sea of red-tiled roofs of Alfama, and from the miradors, Señora do Mont, view the whole of Lisbon at a glance, see the castle of St. George, the streets of the Bairro Alto and even the famous statue of Jesus on the other side of the river.
